Sun State Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing contracting services under Arizona ROC license #332578, including tile underlayment replacement (R&R), shingle roof replacement and repair, flat/foam roof coatings, and diagnostic leak repairs. All services are subject to a formal agreement prior to the commencement of work.
Pricing estimates are valid for 30 days. To perform quotes or services, property owners must grant safe and reasonable access to the roof structure. Sun State Roofing is not liable for minor landscaping disturbances necessary to place ladders or scaffolding safely.
Homeowners are responsible for securing loose interior items (such as wall-mounted frames) that may be affected by vibrations during heavy roofing installations, and securing pets and moving vehicles away from the active work zone.
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific roof replacements and leak repairs are backed by structured warranties as outlined in your individual contract. All work complies with the standards set by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC).
